WE DON'T HAVE TO LOOK FAR TO SEE THAT OUR CULTURE IS FILLED WITH NEGATIVE AND DESTRUCTIVE MODELS OF ADULTHOOD. "Adult movies", "adult language", internet pornography, violence, teenage sexual immorality, alcohol and drug abuse are only a few of the ever increasing, very distressing "adult" issues that young people face in today's culture. These issues point to an even deeper problem emerging in our culture. WHO CAN THE YOUNG PEOPLE, THE FUTURE LEADERS OF OUR NATION, TURN TO FOR CLEAR ANSWERS ABOUT THEIR IDENTITY AS ADULTS IN THE MIDST OF A WICKED PERVERSE CULTURE? Where can young people go to find relevant, vital teaching that clearly shows them what being an adult is truly all about? How can the church, the Bride of Christ, be the strongest voice in molding and teaching our young people as they become adults? Young people are leaving the church and finding "adulthood" through worldly experiences. The church needs to be the strongest voice in the life of a child to teach them what an adult is, and clearly mark their passage into adulthood through an authentic, life changing Christian ceremony. If we, as the leaders of the church, do not define manhood and womanhood for our next generation, a godless society will continue to do it for us. THE CHURCH MUST TAKE THE LEAD IN THIS CRITICAL AREA!
At a Men of Honor & Women of Virtue Conference, the staff of A CHOSEN GENERATION teaches young people, parents and ministry leaders exactly what the Bible says an adult is and when a child becomes an adult. Through a series of four teaching sessions, we address:
A CHOSEN GENERATION provides the speakers and all training and materials needed for the local church to host the Men of Honor & Women of Virtue Conference. The church pastors and leaders will be trained by our staff to host their first Rite of Passage Ceremony and the church will be given the materials and training to be able to repeat the rite of passage tradition every year on their own.

Mentor, Mentor Program Coordinator and Mentor Trainers Workshops
Conducted by A
Chosen Generation
Training men and women to mentor
the next generation!
“You then my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.” II Timothy 2:1-2
The Apostle Paul wrote instructions about mentoring.
He outlined a plan for the older men to teach the younger men and set and
example of how to live. Likewise, the older women are to teach the younger
women to be godly wives and mothers. (Titus 2:1-8) The call to build disciples
and be positive role models that have an impact on the next generation
is resoundingly clear.
Why is mentoring important?
The mentoring relationship can be one of the most impacting,
life-molding relationships a person can have. A Chosen
Generation is committed to training mentors, mentor coordinators and
qualified trainers of mentors. A mentor.life
training seminar will equip and empower you to not only be a mentor, but also
an effective trainer of others in your church. Our structure for mentor training
simplifies the difficult task of recruiting and mobilizing mentors. This powerful,
one-day seminar is well-designed program that utilizes materials licensed from
Emerging Young Leaders. It is a program of proven excellence that inspires quality.
We offer:
Leadership training for pastors, ministry leaders,
students, parents, civic and community leaders.
Assistance in making strategic master plans to develop
young men and women to be healthy, caring, responsible adults in their community.
Building And
Sustaining Integrity & Character
Assisting schools, communities and organizations with
character development for the next generation.
Public schools are America’s hotbed of controversy– the statistics about violence, sex, gangs and drugs are startling and depressing. The schools have become lively discussion forums for every kind of philosophy except Christianity.
Entire communities have lost sight of their values and haven’t effectively passed them on to their children. Christians often feel powerless to do anything about it. But is it really hopeless? Not in God’s eyes! God is opening doors for values and character training by A Chosen Generation all over the nation. Through our BASIC Training program, students are hearing the message that they have value and are given hope for the future. They hear that most people thrive on their reputation, but it’s really integrity that will make one great.
Students are challenged to take responsibility
for their choices and personal character development.
“No matter how bad the world seems to be,
you are our hope to change that. You are the hope for the future, for this
community, for this state and for this world.” (A Chosen Generation President,
Chuck Stecker, in a recent address at a school
assembly.)
The purpose of the BASIC Training is to teach and
challenge students to take responsibility for the development of their own character
and moral worldview. This is for students fifth grade through sophomore
year in college in public and private schools, detention, and rehabilitation
centers. The teaching can be tailored for a large assembly or small informal
class setting.
